Since all salt lamps are hand crafted and made with naturally formed salt crystals, it is easy to get confused by so many different sizes that are advertised on the Internet.
Prices of the salt lamps are based on weights, not heights. Here are official sizes, heights and weights from manufacturers of the salt lamps.
When shopping for a salt lamp it is suggested to compare weights of the lamps rather then the advertised size. I have seen companies advertise "medium" lamps, which weighed only 4-6 lbs. and "large" lamps, which weighed only 6-8 lbs.
