Directions
- Fill Breathe at Ease™ Neti Pot with 6-8 oz of lukewarm water, add ¼ teaspoon of GAMMA Himalayan Neti Salt, stir until dissolved to make brine solution
- Tilt your head to the side.
- Insert spout of Breathe at Ease™ Neti Pot gently into the upper nostril creating a seal between Pot and Nostril.
- Raise the Neti Pot slowly to develop a steady flow of brine solution through the upper nostril and out the lower nostril.
- During the process breathe through your mouth.
- After completion, exhale firmly many times to clear the nasal passages.
- Reverse the tilt of your head and repeat the process on the other side.
